Part of his website name refers to the ''limes'', otherwise the fortitude enclosure in which a castle or a small village was once built in. The aim of all people taking part in this partnership is to help the castle and the environment of that period to keep alive in any case. In fact our job is to promote the examinations and studies of all works, documents, manuscripts, handmade objects, dateing back in a period called medioevo with the help of items left by members or state-owned corporations which will be preserved and filed accordingly.

 

Its our intention to spread the knowledge of medioevo thought in order to encourage the rising of medioevo cultural and social aspect of that time, promoting actions helping the social traditions and their custom habits in particular of ligurian and pedmont regions not to pass away, doing any sort of exhibitions, also with the help of local institutions.

The association has its headquarter in Morbello AL in the namesake Rocca. Other than ''limes vitae'', one can simply rediscover the ancient craft made by our craftsmen inside their shops labelled with notices, find also habit and custom of our land, medioeval fights by knights in arm or on horses, tournaments, war machineries, Archers with bow and arrows challenging in duels, playing games, singing and dancing in front of public wearing local and historical dresses, in a way, trying to recreate the atmosphere of the hard time in which our forefathers used to live, what they drink and eat and also the way they cure themselves. Accured philosophical and cultural studies of that period were made specially among the XII and XIV century so that we are confident that you can easily satisfy any of your curiosity simply by asking directly any sort of information to our knives bearing their inseparable sword, or simply asking our noble-women, or to other characters present in the castle.

In addition to that activity, we can also arrange for parties, pastime of all kind, organized in different sites like guard of honour for marriage and ceremonies, preparation of medioeval camp, tents, exhibitions in 200 - 300 costume, drums and flags, showing technics of battle, arm school, bow shots, investiture, craftmanship desks, giving historical and cultural lectures to school and clubs.
